3rd Day of the Tattoo convention

Final day of the convention. Didn't stay for long after that. Got a few shots that I truly needed to complete the documentation of the event.
One of which being Chris Garver; I swear the crowds for him are simply ridiculous. Luckily I hovered around the area just when they announced the resumption of the autograph cum photo taking session.
Went next door to the John Little Expo Sale. Bought myself the giant bolster that I badly needed.
Is it a sin if I need something clamped between my legs when I sleep at night? ;P

Earlier in the morning:
Me *Hollering* : Mom! Can I get a new bolster? My old ones' all lumpy and flat!
Moom *in the crapper*: NooooOOOoooooo.
Me: *Grumble*
Goes to Dad who's gardening outside.
Me: Daaaaaaaaddy~ Can I get a new bolster?
Dad: Go and get lo- *gives $20*
Me: Sure anot? Wait Mommy scold. She said I'm not allowed to buy a bolster.
Dad: Haiyo nevermind.. Go and buy!
Me: *Triumphant*

Texts Inez on the phone
" Yay gettin a new bolster today. Mommy said no so I complained to daddy. He gave me money to buy a new bolster :>"
Inez: "Eee daddy's little girl. U evil to your momsie"

So yeah I finally got my new bolster; from the sale.
Just for kicks I deliberately hugged the bolster and went back into the tattoo convention. Looking very much like a sleepy backpacker. Drew amused glances and stares from the throngs and hordes of menacing looking tattooed people. Sure they look menacing but they're nice people :D

This scared the shit outta me when I was composing my shot. The eye stared at me non stop. After taking the picture that I was satisfied with; I stood up and moved.
AND THE EYE FOLLOWED ME!
IT FUCKING FOLLOWED ME!!
Then I realised;

fuck its battery operated.

Day 2 of the Tattoo Convention

Day 2 of the Tattoo Convention. This time there's definitely more people.
ALOT.
more people.
We brought our $15 hoping to buy the tattoo posters we saw yesterday. Guess what?
The price got jacked up to $20 and all the good ones are gone; including the ones we both had our eyes on. :<
Isn't it infuriating and disappointingly sad?
So much for being happy thinking that I can finally replace the hideous Fusion Graduation Show poster on my room wall.
The beautiful poster and I are simply not fated to be together.
O' beautiful Girl on the roof!
You and I are not meant to be!
I will keep you in my heart always~
Bleurgh.
Maybe. Until another poster comes along anyways.
The queue for Chris Gaver was horrendous. It stretched all the way to the makeshift bar...... The size of the crowd.... wow you should've seen the way they thronged the booth fighting(okay not literally much as I hoped for a brawl to break out) to get a glimpse, picture, autograph, whatsoever memorabilia of him.

See how bad the crowd was?

Decided to retake the skull again. The exposure was quite bad for yesterday's one. Today's was the definite keeper of the two skulls.

Singapore Tattoo Convention 2009

Total skin parade man. Like Inez mentioned, tattoos are becoming so common nowadays a person wouldn't blink twice at a stranger covered from head to toe in ink; but perhaps might do a double take at a stranger who's still clean as a whistle.
Eg. Me.. . . .
I'm still clean as a whistle save for the navel piercing and ear piercings. But but but! Thats going to change soon in a month or so when I finally get my tattoo. The convention on day one was alright. Felt underpublicised and underthronged by people though. The Hall wasn't as crowded as I anticipated so I managed to take quite abit of keeper shots that I'm proud of.
One thing for sure though is that the speakers there suck.
yes it really Sucked.
There was too much treble and too little bass, so much its like having someone gleefully giving your ear canals a thorough scrubbing out with a nail bat with serrated edged nails. Imagine having it blasting, and you're standing smack in front of it when the next track comes on. Gawd it makes you wanna die.
So yeah. Here's some of the pictures that I took.
Enjoy em.

Here's Inez trying her attempt at looking like a mean bitch but somewhat failing. (At least she got the squat right.)

This is how a 3 day pass looks like; a Hospital Tag. Inez and I felt like hospital escapees. Its waterproof, permanent and cannot be removed until the end of 3 days.
